Accomodations
Do you have a supermarket in the village?
Yes, you will find both a supermarket and a bazaar inside the village.
Do you have a laundry service?
There are washing machines and tumble dryers available inside the village and they are coin-operated.
Is entertainment provided?
Our entertainment team will be in place approximately from June to early September, and will provide sports activities, tournaments, adults and children’s entertainment, as well as evening shows and dances.
Is there Wi-Fi in the Family Camping Village?
Wi-Fi is available in the village and it is included in the price
Do you provide gluten-free/lactose-free and vegetarian products?
It is possible to make variations to the menu. You can contact us at the email address: viareggiocampingvillage@clubdelsole.com and notify us of any variations, allergies and/or intolerances.
Can dogs swim in the sea?
At dog friendly beaches, dogs are allowed to swim if they have basic hygiene and health certificates, but only at set times, as indicated by municipal regulations.
How does the beach service work?
The beach service is not included in the price. 1.5 km from the holiday village you can find both free beach and some bathing establishments.
Is entry to the swimming pool free of charge?
Entrance to the swimming pool is free for the guests of our village and for a fee for outside guests. Umbrellas are available for a fee (subject to availability).
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment in cash (amount not exceeding the legal limits), by debit card and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, CartaSì).

How is the camping village connected with the town?
The village is located in a strategic position within the Migliarino San Rossore Nature Park, about 1,5 km from the sea and not far from the Massaciuccoli lake. The centre of Viareggio is less than 10 minutes away by car and can also easily be reached by public transport (bus no. 31).
When can I check in/check out of the bungalow?
The delivery of the accommodation keys is guaranteed no later than 5:00 p.m. and check out must be made by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
When can I check in/check out of the camping pitch?
It is possible to check in from 12.00 noon and check out must be made no later than 12.00 noon
Is there any accommodation with disabled access?
No, there is no barrier-free accommodation available in the village.
Is it possible to choose the number of the bungalow?

Are sheets, towels and kitchenware included?
The first supply of bed linen is included in the price of the accommodation and for stays of two weeks or more, bed linen is changed weekly. Towels are not included. except for special offers (see offer conditions).
How does cleaning service work?
The accommodation is delivered clean and sanitised on the day of arrival. Upon departure you will be asked to leave it in order as it was found. The cleaning service for the bungalows is included in the price for weekly stays.
