Accomodations
Yes, you will find both a supermarket and a bazaar inside the village.
There are washing machines and tumble dryers available inside the village and they are coin-operated.
Our entertainment team will be in place approximately from June to early September, and will provide sports activities, tournaments, adults and children’s entertainment, as well as evening shows and dances.
Wi-Fi is available in the village and it is included in the price

At dog friendly beaches, dogs are allowed to swim if they have basic hygiene and health certificates, but only at set times, as indicated by municipal regulations.
Entrance to the swimming pool is free for the guests of our village and for a fee for outside guests (subject to availability). Umbrellas are available for a fee (subject to availability).
The beach service is not included in the price. 1.5 km from the holiday village you can find both free beach and some bathing establishments. You can book the beach service at the Bagno Maestrale bathing establishment in Torre del Lago Puccini directly in our holiday village.
We accept payment in cash (amount not exceeding the legal limits), by debit card and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, CartaSì).

The village is located in a strategic position within the Migliarino San Rossore Nature Park, about 1,5 km from the sea and not far from the Massaciuccoli lake. The centre of Viareggio is less than 10 minutes away by car and can also easily be reached by public transport (bus no. 31).
The delivery of the accommodation keys is guaranteed no later than 5:00 p.m. and check out must be made by 10.00 am on the day of departure.

No, there is no barrier-free accommodation available in the village.

The first supply of bed linen is included in the price of the accommodation and for stays of two weeks or more, bed linen is changed weekly. Towels are included only in some types of accommodation.
The accommodation is delivered clean and sanitised on the day of arrival. Upon departure you will be asked to leave it in order as it was found.
