Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. For cancellations within 13 days prior to the arrival date, penalty of 100% of the total amount of the reservation.
Advance payment equal to 30% of the total amount to be paid at the time of booking, balance 14 days before arrival. As per our sales terms, we do not accept cash payments for an amount equal to or higher than 1.000,00€ for a single reservation, also in case of split payments.
The cancellation of the stay must be communicated in writing by email to the following address: annullamenti@clubdelsole.com writing the name of the camping village, booking number, surname, and name of the booking's owner.
All cancellations communicated by telephone will not be taken into consideration.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the payment is due for the entire sum agreed in the booking letter.
In case of no-show, without any communication from the guest, we will put up for sale again the room at noon of the day following the original arrival date.
