A holiday package that includes insurance cover from Europ Assistance Italia S.p.A. so you can enjoy your holiday in one of our Villages with total peace of mind. With the Zero Rischi formula, you are protecting the booking costs for you and your loved ones against those unforeseen events that can ruin your departure or interrupt your stay.
The Zero Rischi formula protects the holiday fees.
Here is a brief outline of what is included in the “Zero Rischi” formula (not valid for other offers or tariffs):
- Stay in the Village
- Catering and various services included in the special Zero Rischi Offer
- Multi-Risk Cover for Cancellation charges up to the Check-in date
- 24/7 support, organised transportation and medical expenses
- Extension of stay for quarantine
- Rebooking of stay due to interruption
- Roadway assistance
- Assistance at home

The “Zero Rischi” formula is available for all Club del Sole Villages, except for Bologna Easy Camping Village, and for all types of accommodation and pitches. The offer is valid for all stays from the time the resorts are open through to their closure.
The “Zero Rischi” formula is not retroactive and the services included are activated exclusively at the time of booking. Therefore, it is not possible to request them after booking.

Terms of the offer
This offer is subject to availability and cannot be combined with any other special offers.
Non refundable. Cancellations must be communicated in writing by email to the address: annullamenti@clubdelsole.com stating the name of the camp site/village, the booking reference and the full name of the person who made the booking.
In case of cancellation, Club del Sole will not make any refunds; the guest should contact Europassistance within the terms and according to the methods set out in the policy, which can be viewed during the booking stage, in order to request any reimbursement.
Any cancellations made by telephone will not be considered.
In case of late arrival or early departure, payment of the total amount agreed on in the booking letter will be due.
In case of a no-show, if the guest fails to communicate this, the accommodation will be made available to others as of 12:00pm on the following day.
