Any sums owed for the stay must be paid in the Village, before departure.
In the case of late arrivals or early departures, the entire booked stay must still be paid for, including the price of the booked persons and services. The reservation remains valid until 12 noon on the day following the arrival date. If no communication is received, the Management reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
It is only possible to arrive at night by prior arrangement with the management. The night watchman will hand over the keys after collecting the identity documents. However, it is only possible to enter and exit by car until 11:00p.m. and after 7:00a.m. If arriving or leaving at night, the car must be left in the outdoor car park.

No, the final cleaning must be carried out by the customer. In the event that the Village carries out the final clean, there will be a 50.00 euro charge. If there are any pets present, the final cleaning must be paid for.
Bed linen (first supply) is included in the accommodation. Towels are only included in some accommodation categories.
No, the pitch or accommodation number is only communicated when checking in.
The keys to the accommodation are handed over from 5:00p.m. and the pitches from 12:00p.m. You can still arrive at the Village before these times, check in, and use all the services by leaving your car in the car park.
Accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. and pitches by 12 noon.
You can express a preference, but in general you cannot book accommodation of a precise number. We will, however, do our utmost to satisfy every request, but there are no guarantees.
