Missions are simple activities that give you an immediate chance to win a prize. All you need to do is complete the required action—such as answering a quiz or a questionnaire, completing the web check-in, or completing a mission during your stay—to get a play for that specific mission and instantly find out if you have won the prize up for grabs. Upon registration, you will already find some missions available. New ones will unlock during your holiday and after your stay, constantly offering you new opportunities to play and try to win. Remember to use your plays before the expiration date indicated for each mission, otherwise you will no longer be able to use them.

Each correctly completed mission entitles you to one play for that specific mission. If your play is a winning one, you will receive the designated prize. Each mission can offer different prizes, such as Club del Sole Gift Cards, MySmartCash credit, Freedome Vouchers, or the Club del Sole VIP Card.

Purchase missions are only available in Villages where the MySmartCash service is active. To complete them, you must make purchases using MySmartCash and follow a progressive path:

• Mission 1: at least €5 in purchases in a single payment.

• Mission 2: at least €10 in purchases in a single payment.

• Mission 3: at least €30 in purchases in a single payment.

Missions must be completed in order and cannot be unlocked with a single purchase of a higher amount.

Yes. Even after your stay, you can find new missions, such as dedicated questionnaires and activities, to continue participating in Club del Sole Rewards and have new chances to win. Remember to complete them before the expiration date indicated on each individual mission.

Each mission can be completed only once per booking, unless stated otherwise. In the event of a new stay, you will be able to access the missions scheduled for that specific booking again.

Digital prizes are sent to the email address associated with your Club del Sole Rewards account. If you win a service to be enjoyed in the Village, you must request or collect it at the Reception before your check-out date by presenting the winning email confirmation.

Each prize has its own validity period, which is indicated in the winning communication or on the prize itself. We recommend using it before the expiration date, as unused prizes cannot be recovered or replaced.

Punti Sole (Sole Points) are the points that determine your level within Club del Sole Rewards. They are accumulated with each night of stay at Club del Sole Villages, and the number of points varies based on the chosen formula:

• Standard Stay (room only): 10 Punti Sole per night

• Half Board: 30 Punti Sole per night

• Full Board: 50 Punti Sole per night

• Seasonal Formula: 2 Punti Sole per night

The more Punti Sole you accumulate, the more chances you have to reach higher levels and unlock exclusive benefits. Every night spent at a Club del Sole Village allows you to accumulate Punti Sole. Once you reach the required threshold, you will automatically move up to the next level. Your level will be updated within a maximum of 30 days from the end of your stay. For the purpose of calculating your level, all stays booked through Club del Sole's direct channels and completed between January 1, 2026, and December 20, 2026, are valid. To maintain or increase the level you have reached, simply complete at least one stay within two years. Otherwise, the accumulated Punti Sole and the reached level will be reset to zero. The accumulation of Punti Sole and the subsequent level upgrades are exclusively reserved for stays booked through Club del Sole's direct sales channels. If you book your holiday through travel agencies or third-party channels (such as Booking.com), the nights spent at the Village will not allow you to accumulate Punti Sole or level up.

• Level 1 - Explorer (From 0 to 199 Punti Sole): This is the entry level of the program and allows you to begin your journey.

• Level 2 - Traveller (From 200 to 349 Punti Sole): You receive €40 in MySmartCash credit (in Villages where the service is available), Accommodation Upgrade (subject to availability), 30 minutes of electric car charging in the Village, and a Caffè Pascucci discount voucher.

• Level 3 - Lover (From 350 to 559 Punti Sole): You receive €60 in MySmartCash credit (in Villages where the service is available), Accommodation Upgrade (subject to availability), 60 minutes of electric car charging in the Village, and a Caffè Pascucci discount voucher.

• Level 4 - Insider (Over 600 Punti Sole): You receive €80 in MySmartCash credit (in Villages where the service is available), Accommodation Upgrade (subject to availability), 90 minutes of electric car charging in the Village, and a Caffè Pascucci discount voucher.

If you complete at least one stay in a Club del Sole Village by 20/12/2026, you will automatically enter the final draw for a €5,000 Full Life Holidays Maxi Gift Card. No additional registration is required: participation is automatic. The order of operations does not matter: you can register for the program either before or after booking your holiday. Furthermore, for each different and non-consecutive stay completed, you will get an extra chance to win.
