No, they are hot and free of charge.
Is the parking space included in the price?
Yes. One parking space per accommodation / pitch is included and is located close to the facility.
Is there a minimarket in the campsite?
Yes, there is a minimarket inside the camping village
How does the beach service work?
It can be booked both at the time of booking and afterwards. Contextual booking is recommended for high season periods and to take advantage of any offers that require it.
How does the laundry service work?
In the southern areas of the village there are self-service coin-operated washing machines.
How far is the Camping Village from the city centre?
The Campsite is 3 km approximately from the centres of both Porto Sant’Elpidio and Civitanova Marche.
How do I get to your Family Camping Village?
By Car : both from the North and from the South, exit the A14 motorway at Civitanova Marche, then follow the signs for Porto Sant’Elpidio (Attention! NOT for Sant’Elpidio a Mare). Once you have taken the Adriatica state road, SS16, in a southerly direction towards Pescara, after about 2 km on the left you will find a railway underpass with signs for the La Risacca Holiday Centre. If you use a navigator and Via Europa is not displayed, you can alternatively enter Strada Gabbie or Via Gabbie (previous toponymy).
Are there specific times for cars to enter the campsite?
Access by car is possible from 7.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and from 3.30 p.m. to midnight – At other times, only access on foot is allowed.
What payment methods do you accept for the balance of the stay?
It is possible to pay in cash (amount not exceeding the legal limits) and with credit and debit cards belonging to the main banking circuits (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, V-Pay, Maestro). Cheques are accepted only for stays longer than 14 days. All the campsite facilities (market, bar. Restaurant) are equipped with POS
How far is the railway?
It is located behind the campsite, about 20 metres from the car park outside the Aquapark. It does not disturb life in the Holiday Village.

When can I check in/check out of the mobile home?
The reception is open 24 hours a day. The delivery of the accommodation keys is guaranteed from 5.00 pm. If you arrive before the accommodation is ready you can use all the services of the camping village (swimming pool, restaurant). Check-out requires that accommodation keys must be returned no later than 10.00 a.m. Please inform us in advance in case your expected arrival is after 9.00 pm.
When can I check in/check out of the camping pitch?
Check-in is available from 8.00 a.m. . The pitch is available from 12.00 noon. If the pitch is free before 12.00 noon, the dedicated staff will guide you. Check-out: the pitch must be vacated no later than 12.00 noon. Please inform us in advance in case your expected arrival is after 7.00 pm. During the quiet hours (2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m./midnight - 7: 00 a.m.) it is forbidden to enter by car or other motor vehicles and to set up tents.
