The Fortress of Acquaviva Picena with your dog
If you love castles, you should know that just a 50-minute drive from La Risacca Family Collection, there is the Fortress of Acquaviva Picena, one of the most important fortresses in the region. Built in the 14th century by the Acquaviva d’Atri family, it is situated on a hilltop 365 metres above sea level, in a position that was very important in the past. The panorama in front of you is truly spectacular
Numana, Sirolo and surrounding Areas
Numana is a small town divided into two parts, one on the hillside and one on the plain near the harbour. Sirolo, known as the “pearl of the Adriatic”, is a medieval town overlooking the sea. Both are perfect destinations for a tour with your four-legged friend. On the Conero Riviera dogs are not allowed in the water, but they are admitted to the Musone and the Potenza rivers.
