Zero Risk protects the payments for your stay: even pre-payments are protected when typically they are non-refundable.

This service applies to all the Club del Sole villages and to all stays from the date of facility opening to end of season closing. Booking must take place no later than 21 days before arrival. Non-retroactive offer.

Terms of the offer
The offer is valid while stocks last and cannot be combined with other promotions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Non refundable. In case of cancellation the pais amount will not be refunded.
The cancellation of the stay must be communicated in writing by email to the following address: annullamenti@clubdelsole.com indicating the name of the camping village, booking number, surname and name of the booking’s owner. All cancellations communicated by telephone will not be taken into consideration.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the payment is due for the entire sum agreed in the booking letter. In case of early departure, no refund will be made for unused holidays, but if the reason for the early departure is due to certified causes, a stay voucher will be issued for the unused days.
