All the flavours of traditional fare
We prefer to use only fresh produce sourced from selected local suppliers; we then cook it in the best way to enhance the tastes and aromas of our dishes.
We produce, strictly by hand, cappelletti, tagliatelle, tarts, cakes and creamy desserts; bread is baked in a wood-burning oven, which also bakes our famous pizzas in the evening made from local flours.

The “à la carte” menu also caters for people with allergies, intolerances and specific dietary requirements, such as those of our youngest guests. Children deserve special attention, which is why they have their very own tasty, brightly coloured and, more importantly, wholesome baby menus.

For children from 3 to 9 years of age, the Hotel Formula is at a reduced price (from 0 to 2 years of age, service charges apply).
What does the Hotel Formula include?
Breakfast (from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m.): breakfast is a buffet featuring fruit juices and hot drinks (tea, coffee, espresso, cappuccino, milk, latte macchiato, chocolate, and camomile), bread, rusks, brioches, homemade cakes, jam, honey, chocolate spread, butter, cold cuts, yoghurt, and fresh fruit.
Lunch (12.30 p.m. to 1.30 p.m.): for lunch we offer a served service or a buffet choice of two first courses, two main courses (one meat and one fish or vegetarian), accompanied by a side dish and fruit.
Dinner (6.45 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.): dinner will be served either buffet style, and as an alternative to the meal a pizza of your choice will be available (from the classic pizza list).
Included in the price are natural or carbonated demineralised water. Extras such as wine, soft drinks, coffee and others are to be paid for at the end of the service. Guests with any intolerances, coeliacs, allergies or who adhere to special dietary regimes are kindly requested to inform reception upon arrival.
