Is entertainment provided?
Our entertainment team will be available approximately from June to the beginning of September, and will organise sports activities, tournaments, entertainment for children and adults, but also evening shows and dances.
Is there Wi-Fi on the campsite? Is there a charge?
Vigna sul Mar Family Camping Village has a free Wi-Fi connection.
Do you have a laundry?
Inside the village there are coin-operated washing machines and dryers. The washing material is not included, but you can buy it at the Village supermarket.
Do you have a shop in the camping village?
Yes, there is a supermarket in the Campsite.
How do the beach amenities work?
Our beach has a solarium area equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers and a dog beach area. If you booked the beach Service, the voucher will be delivered by the Reception during the check-in and you must give it to the beach establishment to use the facilities.
Is entry to the swimming pools free of charge?
Entry to the pools is free for the whole season; sun umbrellas are free but subject to availability; sun loungers are available for a charge.
Can dogs swim in the sea?
The municipal ordinance does not allow dogs to swim in the sea on our beach.
Do you provide gluten-free /lactose-free and vegetarian food?
Changes can be made to the menu. Please inform us of any type of variation, intolerance and / or allergy upon arrival. We don’t have a certified kitchen for celiac disease.
How is the camping village connected to the town?
Vigna Sul Mar Family Camping Village is located in a central position between Lido di Pomposa and Lido delle Nazioni, you can reach both cities in a couple of minutes by car and in 10 minutes by bicycle. The bus stops connecting the camping village with the bigger towns (Comacchio, Ravenna, Ferrara) are also just a few minutes away. What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept payments in cash (amount not exceeding € 999.99), debit and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, CartaSì).

When can I check in/check out of the bungalow?
Our reception is open from 7:00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m., and a security officer is always present at night. The accommodation key will be handed over from 5.00 p.m. If you come earlier, you can use all the services of the Village (beach, swimming pools, restaurant) At Check out you must return the keys by 10:00 am. Please inform us as soon as possible if you arrive late (after 9.00 p.m.), and if you intend to leave during the night.
When can I check in/check out of the Pitches?
Check-in is possible starting from 8.00; Pitches are available from 12.00 – if the pitch is free before 12.00, our staff will accompany you to the pitch. Check-out: the pitch must be free by 12.00.
Is there any accommodation with disabled access?
Barrier-free accommodation is available in the Camping Village. Check availability by contacting the Reception directly.
Can I choose my mobile home number?
No, it’s not possible to choose the accommodation number.
Are sheets and towels included?
It depends on the offer and the type of accommodation booked: Deluxe Lodges and Hotel Rooms already include the first supply of bed linen and towels.
How does cleaning work?
The accommodation will be cleaned and sanitized the day of your arrival. Before you go, you must leave it the way you found it. You can add the final cleaning service at any time, but it is a paid service.
