The 15 km long Tomboli di Cecina Nature Reserve, characterised by dunes and Mediterranean scrub, is perfect for slow exploration, jogging, and birdwatching. In the surrounding area, loop trails offer routes for everyone: easy, intermediate and for experienced hikers. Those who enjoy Nordic walking, on the other hand, can walk the paths of the Pineta di Cecina, which link Vada, Mazzanta and Bibbona, amidst the scent of pine trees and refreshing shade.
