Is entertainment provided?
Our entertainment team will be in place approximately from June to early September, and will provide care of sports activities, tournaments, entertainment for adults and children, as well as evening shows and dance
Is there Wi-Fi on the campsite? Is there a charge?
Free wifi (common areas).
Do you have a laundry service?
Inside the camping-village you can find various laundry points, with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. Cleaning products are not included, but you can buy them at our supermarket
Do you have a market in the camping village?
Yes, there is a market inside the camping village.
How does the beach service work?
Beach service is not included in the accommodation price; alternatively, it is always possible to book it in advance. Our beach has a sunbathing area equipped with sun umbrellas and sunbeds, with dog beach. The beach coupon is delivered by the reception during check-in and is to be presented to the beach establishment for the provision of the service.
Can dogs swim in the sea?
The Dog Beach in front of the campsite is regulated by a municipal ordinance that allows dogs to enter the water
Is entry to the swimming pool free of charge?
Entrance to the water park is always included in the price. Umbrellas are free until exhaustion; sunbeds are charged and can only be rented at the water park.
Gluten-free, Lactose-free and/or vegetarian products?
Menu variations are possible; please inform us of any type of variations, intolerance and/or allergy upon arrival. We don’t have a certified kitchen for celiac disease.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment in cash (amount not exceeding the legal limits), by debit card and credit card (ex.Visa, MasterCard, CartaSì).
Where are dogs allowed inside the campsite?
Dogs are allowed in all areas of the campsite, including the beach area dedicated to four-legged friends. The only exceptions are: the indoor restaurant, the market and the water park.

How is the camping village connected to the town?
The Orbetello Family Camping Village is located on the road “della Giannella”, only 4km from the town and the Albinia railway station (reachable by car). The cycle path to Orbetello is 3 km away. The stop of the summer bus line is right in front of the campsite and runs a few times during the day; therefore, if you do not have your own vehicle (car), please contact the reception that will be happy to provide various and any telephone numbers to book a taxi service for a fee.
When can I check in/check out of the bungalow?
The reception is open 24 hours a day. The delivery of the accommodation keys is guaranteed from 5:00 p.m. If you arrive before the accommodation is ready you can use all the services of the camping village (swimming pool, beach, restaurant). Check-out requires that accommodation keys must be returned no later than 10.00 a.m. Please inform us in advance in case your expected arrival is after 9.00 pm.
When can I check in/check out of the camping pitch?
Check-in available from 8.00 am. The pitch is available from 12 noon. If the pitch is free before 12 noon, the staff will guide you. Check-out: the pitch must be vacated no later than 12 noon.
Is there any accommodation with disabled access?
Barrier-free accommodation is available in the village. Check availability by contacting the Camping Village directly.
Is it possible to choose the number of the accommodation?
It is not possible to choose the accommodation number. The number will be communicated only when the keys will be handed.
Are sheets and towels included?
Bed linen with weekly change is always included in the price, except for Glamping accommodation category (Safari Tent Plus, Safari Tent, Air Lodge). You can rent towels during the booking or directly on site with additional cost.
How does cleaning service work?
The accommodation is delivered clean and sanitised on the day of arrival. Upon departure you will be asked to leave it in order as it was found. You can add the final cleaning service at any time, but it is a paid service.
