Terms of the offer
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. In case of cancellation in the 6 days before arrival, the penalty charge is 100% of the total booking cost.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remainder to be paid in full 7 days before arrival. As set out in the applicable Terms and Conditions, no cash payments can be accepted - even in instalments - for total sums equal to or above € 1,000.00 per single booking.
Any changes to bookings requested after confirmation will be subject to availability and may include additional administration costs or changes to tariffs, based on the current conditions at the time of the change.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing, by email, to: annullamenti@clubdelsole.com stating the name of the camp site/resort, the booking reference, and the full name of the person who made the booking. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
In case of late arrival or early departure, payment of the total amount agreed in the booking letter will be due.
In case of no-shows, if the guest fails to communicate a late arrival, the accommodation will be made available to others as of 12:00pm on the following day.
