Is entertainment provided?

Our entertainment team will be in place approximately from June to early September, and will provide activities, tournaments, entertainment for adults and children, as well as evening shows and dance.

Is there Wi-Fi on the campsite? Is there a charge?

Yes, it is there and it is free.

Do you have a laundry service?

Inside the camping village there are several laundry points with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. Detergents are not included but can be bought from our supermarket.

Do you have a supermarket in the camping village?

Yes, there is a supermarket inside the camping village.

How does the beach service work?

Beach service is chargeable. Our beach offers a sunbathing area equipped with sun umbrellas and sunbeds, with a dog friendly beach adjacent to it. The beach coupon is delivered by reception when you check in and must be shown to the bathing establishment for the service to be provided.

Is entry to the swimming pool free of charge?

Entrance to the water park is always included in the price. Sun umbrellas and sunbeds by the swimming pool can be rented at the water park only, upon availability.

Can dogs swim in the sea?

To date, the municipality ordinance doesn’t allow dogs to swim in the sea on our stretch of beach.

Do you provide gluten-free /lactose-free and vegetarian products?

Menu variations can be made; please inform us of any type of variations, intolerance and/or allergy upon arrival. Our kitchen is not certified for coeliac disease.

How is the camping village connected to the town?

Adriano Family Camping Village is about 1 km away from the nearest town (Punta Marina Terme). The town centre can easily be reached by bike (10 minutes) or by car (5 minutes). In addition, right in front of the campsite, there is a bus stop. With the bus you can easily get to neighbouring towns (Lido Adriano, Marina di Ravenna etc.) and the Ravenna train station in about 20 minutes.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment in cash (for amounts up to 999.99 €), by debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, CartaSì).

How far is the beach from the campsite?

Our bathing establishments are about 400m from the entrance of the campsite.

What are the conditions in case of cancellation?

When can I check in/check out of the bungalow?

The reception is open 24 hours a day. The delivery of the accommodation keys is guaranteed from 5:00 p.m. If you arrive before the accommodation is ready you can use all the services of the camping village (swimming pool, beach, restaurant). Check-out requires that accommodation keys must be returned no later than 10.00 a.m. Please inform us in advance in case your expected arrival is after 9.00 pm.

When can I check in/check out of the pitches?

Check-in is available from 8.00 am. The camping pitch is available from 12 noon. If your pitch is available before 12 noon, the staff will guide you. Check-out: the pitch must be vacated no later than 12 noon.

Is there any accommodation with disabled access?

Barrier-free accommodation is available in the village. Please check the availability by contacting the Camping Village directly.

Is it possible to choose the number of the bungalow?

Please contact the facility directly if you have any requests or preferences. It is possible to choose a specific number of accommodation, upon checking availability, for an extra charge of € 100.00 per family. If you do not choose this option, you will be informed of the number at the time you receive the keys to your accommodation.

Are sheets and towels included?

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. These can be rented at the camping village or, preferably, when you book.

How does cleaning service work?

The accommodation is delivered clean and sanitised on the day of arrival. Upon departure you will be asked to leave it in order as it was found. You can add the final cleaning service at any time, but there is a charge for this.
