A slow holiday, but with all the comforts

A slow holiday, but with all the comforts

The beauty of being able to choose independent accommodation surrounded by nature, instead of the usual hotel, is that you decide the rhythm of your holiday. In our lodges you have everything you need to feel at home: start the day with a nice breakfast on the veranda; enjoy the moment with all the calm you need, and discover the pleasure of staying just a stone’s throw from Lake Garda.

The Garda Wine and Flavour Route

The Garda Wine and Flavour Route

You may not know it, but there are plenty of cycling routes on Lake Garda that are part of the Garda Wine and Flavour Route. These are real proposals for tours to wineries, cheese makers, oil mills and important artistic and cultural sites; the perfect green way to discover the territory, combining the cultural aspect with excellent food and wine. Typical products such as lake fish, Tombea or Formagella cheese, Salame Morenico di Pozzolengo, Garda citrus fruits, and wine from the Garda Doc Consortium and the Lugana Consortium will all help make your holiday a unique experience.

Valpolicella: a wine and an area known the world over

Valpolicella: a wine and an area known the world over

Well known since ancient Roman times for its wine production, Valpolicella is just twenty kilometres from our Village. You can dedicate a day to discovering what this special place has to offer, perhaps on an organised food and wine tour. You can drink wines such as Amarone, Recioto, Ripasso, or classic Valpolicella in some of the area’s best wineries, accompany them with typical local food, and discover the beauty of small villages such as San Giorgio di Valpolicella, San Pietro in Cariano or Fumane.

The Riviera degli Ulivi

The Riviera degli Ulivi

The east coast of Lake Garda is known as the Riviera degli Ulivi [Olive Tree Riviera] for the production of Olio Garda DOP, although in actual fact, the same oil is also produced on the west shore. Over the years, Garda olive oil has become one of the best known typical products of the area, and following its itineraries means visiting charming places such as Bardolino, Lazise or Torri del Benaco, savouring all their culinary traditions.

Bike trekking on Lake Garda? You just have to choose where to go!

Lake Garda is a true paradise for cycling or bike-trekking enthusiasts, because the whole area is criss-crossed by many cycling routes. The closest to the Village are those between Garda and Peschiera del Garda: routes such as the Laghetto del Frassino, the Graspo del Moro, or perhaps the Tre Campanili in Lazise. A way of experiencing a holiday that will let you discover wonderful landscapes at the perfect slow pace, and all the pleasure of being in contact with nature.
