Ravenna City of Art Marathon: Club del Sole is back as Hospitality Partner for the event

Run amidst the city’s UNESCO world heritage mosaics, cross through three thousand years of history, step by step, before crossing the finishing line with an artisanal medallion inspired by the Mausoleum of Theodoric. The Ravenna Marathon is an experience that brings together sport, culture and a warm Romagna welcome in a truly unique setting. This year too, Club del Sole, Italy’s leading open air holiday company will be the official Hospitality Partner for the event.

All you need to know about the race

Save the date: Sunday 8th November 2026, starting from the Pala De André at 9:15 a.m. Three distances on the schedule:

• 42K, a full, competitive marathon that takes in all of the city’s millennial heritage
• 21K, a competitive half marathon, and the perfect balance of challenge and artistic beauty
• 10K, the Good Morning Ravenna, fun and fitness for runners of all levels.

The weekend of 7th November will open with mini-routes  devised to get the whole family involved: the Shake Out Run ( 9:15 a.m.), the Family Run (10:15 a.m.), and the Dogs & Run, which you can join together with your four-legged friend (12:00 p.m.). Saturday will also be the ideal day to visit the Expò Marathon Village at Pala De André, the beating heart of the event and collection point for race bibs and brand activities, and a great way to soak up the pre-race atmosphere.

Also worth remembering is the HypER-5 project. If you take part in the Ravenna Marathon, you receive one of the five digital passport stamps that, when you complete all of the Emilia Romagna marathons before April 2030, will entitle you to a celebration medal for the series.
