Is entertainment provided?

Our entertainment team will be available from June to the beginning of September, and will provide sports activities, tournaments, entertainment for children and adults, but also evening shows and dance.

Is there Wi-Fi on the campsite? Is there a charge?

Free Wi-Fi is available.

Do you have a laundry service?

Inside the camping-village you can find some laundry points, with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. Cleaning products are not included, but can be purchased in our inner supermarket.

Do you have a supermarket in the camping village?

Yes, there is a supermarket inside the camping village.

How does the beach service work?

Our Camping Village does not have a private beach. You can call directly the nearby bathing establishments for information and reservations. Please call the campsite reception for information on contacts and any conventions. In July and August, a free shuttle bus (at set times) to the free beach will be available.

Is entry to the water park free of charge?

Entrance to the water park is always included in the price. Sun umbrellas and sun beds by the swimming pool are free of charge but subject to availability.

Can dogs swim in the sea?

In Castiglione della Pescaia dogs are allowed on dedicated public beaches. The nearest one is about 1km from our Camping Village. To use the beach, you must have with you the vaccination booklet of your pet. Owners must pay attention to their dog, so that he does not disturb or hurt other dogs or people or shows aggression towards others. A free shuttle bus (at set times) to Bau Beach will be available in July and August.

Do you provide gluten-free /lactose-free and vegetarian products?

Menu variations are possible. Please inform us of any type of variation, intolerance and / or allergy upon arrival. Our kitchen is not certified for coeliac disease.

What is Green Beach? 

The Green Beach is a green area located in front of our village, just a few steps from the beach. Opening times: 1st June- 10th September. Time: daily 10 a.m. / 7 p.m. except Monday 2 p.m. / 7 p.m.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payments in cash (for amounts up to 4999.99 euros), by debit and credit card belonging to the main banking circuits (e.g. Visa, MasterCard, V-Pay, Maestro, American express, etc.). Cheques are accepted only for stays longer than 14 days. All the campsite facilities (market, bar, restaurant) are equipped with POS.

How is the camping village connected to the town?

In Summer, a shuttle bus connects the Camping Village with the centre of Castiglione della Pescaia. It stops in front of the campsite and runs approximately every 30/40 minutes. Tickets can be purchased in the inner supermarket or with TabNet app. For more information and timetables please consult the website www.tiemmespa.it.

When can I check in/check out of the bungalow?

The reception is open 24 hours a day. The delivery of the accommodation keys is guaranteed from 5:00 pm. Check-out requires that accommodation keys must be returned no later than 10.00 a.m. Please inform us in advance in case your expected arrival is after 9.00 pm.

When can I check in/check out of the pitches?

The pitch is available from 12 noon. If the pitch is free before 12 noon, the staff will guide you. Check-out: the pitch must be vacated no later than 12 noon. Please inform us in advance in case your expected arrival is after 8:00 pm. During quiet hours (1:30 pm-3:00 pm/ 11:30 pm -7:00 am) it is forbidden to drive into the campsite and to set up tents.

Is it possible to choose the number of the bungalow?

It is not possible to choose the accommodation number. The number will be communicated only when the keys will be handed.

How does cleaning service work?

The accommodation is delivered clean and sanitised on the day of arrival. Upon departure you will be asked to leave it in order as it was found. You can add the final cleaning service at any time, but it is a paid service.

Are sheets and towels included?

Bed linen included in the price. Towels included only in the Chalet Deluxe, in the Discovery and in the Discovery Suite accommodations. On request: Towel set (face towel + shower towel) € 9 per person.
