Club del Sole Rewards - the loyalty programme where the advantages never go out of style!

Club del Sole is launching Club del Sole Rewards, the Group's first loyalty programme, developed with the strategic and tech support of Kettydo, part of the DGS Group, in the Marketing Data, Engagement & Loyalty Centre. The goal of the project is to strengthen the Club del Sole’s Full Life Holidays philosophy and help create an increasingly involved and engaged community.

Signing up is free and offers access to a world of exclusive advantages that you can use before, during and after every holiday in one of the Group’s Resorts. Because your Full Life Holiday never stops when you check out: it continues, grows, and offers you new opportunities every day.

What is Club del Sole Rewards and how does it work?

Signing up is simple and the advantages begin right away. Create your account in the specific section of the Club del Sole website, accept the programme regulations, and enter the details required to access the new Reserved Area: a personal space where you can consult your bookings and see your points total and available rewards. Every time you stay in a Club del Sole Resort you collect Punti Sole points according to the formula chosen: 10 points per night for a standard stay; 30 for half board stays, 50 for full board stays, and 2 for the seasonal formula. Points are credited to your account within 30 days of the end of your stay and the total points are reserved for bookings made directly through Club del Sole’s direct sales channels.

The programme includes four membership levels, each one with increasingly exclusive advantages, because people who choose Club del Sole deserve to be acknowledged and appreciated, holiday after holiday:

• Explorer (0 to 199 points) – entry level, where you start your adventure with Club del Sole Rewards
• Traveller (200 to 349 points) – €40 MySmartCash credit; accommodation upgrade, if available; 30-minute electric vehicle charge in the resort; discount for on-line purchases from the Caffè Pascucci website
• Lover (350 to 599 points) – €60 MySmartCash credit; accommodation upgrade, if available; 60-minute electric vehicle charge in the resort; Caffè Pascucci discount
• Ambassador (600 points upwards) – €80 MySmartCash credit; accommodation upgrade, if available; 90-minute electric vehicle charge, Caffè Pascucci discount

To maintain or increase your level, all you need to do is take at least one holiday every two years.

Club del Sole Rewards does not just reward the nights you spend in the resort. Points are also available for all your interactions with the world of Club del Sole. Through our Missions - simple activities such as answering a quiz, completing an on-line check-in, or making purchases in the Resort with MySmartCash - you can also try our Instant Win prizes before you book your stay.

• Holiday Gift Card for up to €1,500 to spend at Club del Sole
