More space, more relaxation: the Tenuta Primero Water Park will be ready and waiting for you in 2026, offering an extra 6.000 m² of fun
During the 2026 season, our Village in Grado will undergo a complete renovation of its water area, with the addition of a wellness pool, a spray park, and much more
Big news is coming in 2026 for the Tenuta Primero Grado Family Collection in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, especially for its water park. The pool area at our Grado facility is undergoing a complete renovation to create larger spaces and new attractions, all designed to provide unforgettable experiences for the whole family. This transformation is part of a larger project to upgrade the Tenuta Primero Grado Family Resort, which began in 2025. The aim is to make the Village even more welcoming and full of amenities that meet our guests' expectations.
2025, a year of great change
In 2025, the Tenuta Primero has gone all out, introducing a series of new features aimed at making guests' holidays a true Full Life Holiday in Club del Sole style. Alongside the Village's iconic features, such as the 18-hole golf course, two marinas for mooring boats, two restaurants and numerous dog-friendly services, new features have been introduced to further enhance the quality of the offering.
The Primero Splash Bay is one of the most popular attractions. This floating amusement park features an inflatable obstacle course where you can test your skills by overcoming various challenges. This engaging activity combines adrenaline and fun in complete safety and has been a huge hit with adults and children alike.
The food and drink area of the Village has been improved with the complete renovation of a restaurant overlooking the sea. There have also been new structural developments for the Kite Bar on the beach, as well as an aesthetic and functional redesign of the pier aimed at ensuring greater safety. Significant investments have also been made in the sports area, which has been expanded and upgraded. Three brand new A5 football pitches have been built, surrounded by a new athletics track. New tennis, basketball and beach volleyball courts have also been created. Existing activities such as the football and tennis schools and guided excursions have also been enhanced.
Finally, great attention has also been paid to services for families. A new info point has been set up in the reception area. The Mini Club area has been completely renovated and now features a modern indoor playground designed to safely accommodate children's recreational activities.

In preparation for the 2026 season, the Tenuta Primero water park is undergoing a transformation that will redefine the beach experience within the Village. The water surface area will expand from 500 m² to approximately 2.000 m², and an additional 4.000 m² of solarium will be equipped. This spacious and well-maintained area is designed to provide relaxation and entertainment for all guests at any time of day
The new water park will be a true oasis dedicated to wellness and recreation. It will be perfect for families, couples, and sports lovers alike. Inside, there will be a large lagoon with gentle water slides, as well as a children's pool that is just 50 cm deep, where they can have fun in complete safety. One of the most eagerly awaited new features is the innovative spray park with interactive water games, ideal for cooling off on hot days. Those looking for tranquillity can relax in the new wellness pool, which is 1,50 metres deep and equipped with massage jets. The offer is completed by a swimming pool, perfect for those who love to enjoy a refreshing swim even on holiday, and a spectacular river pool with a water course offering total relaxation in a natural setting.
